If there was such a thing as a fool-proof method, everyone who bets would be rich.

The only fool-proof method to not lose money on horse races is to not bet at all.

Occasionally, the race will be rigged. The best thing to do is sit around at the betting stand, and keep your ears open, and listen for any hints that the race is rigged. 9/10 of the times, this wont work, but its' worth a shot.

P. T. Barnum had a saying " There is a sucker born every minute." and he made himself famous by fooling the public. So to enlighten you, those who play the "ponies" regularly have no foolproof system to make an elevenfold return for their money. Nor will the black jack table at the casino do it.
