The answer why they won't is an old one "They have eyes but can not see.They have ears but can not hear." I find it interesting that some of the people here are giving as the not to believe in Jesus is that the things written about Him was written by men, By this logic we shouldn't accept their response either since they are merely men (or women).

Thallus’ work does not exist. We only know that Africanus (third century) claims that it did.

We have the exact "proof" today. It's called hearsay. It is not proof. By your criteria any writing is proof of his existence. It doesn't work that way, sorry.
