(we're both 16 by the way)
and i need some tips on how to bring it up! she likes me too and i know she wants me to ask her... i plan on asking her after we see a movie. how can i bring it up? what do i say?

Just say what on your mind. Be honest and bring up all those things that make her special in your eyes! It's okay to be cheesey! We love it!!

This is just random, I'd do it in a romantic-like setting, or after a movie is good too. This is just random remember, I will be back to see what other ideas are suggested.

You should just be able to ask her. Just bring it up little by little like say, 'would you like to hang out later this weekend?' if she says yes then ask her out agin.
