the right thing to do is wait to be asked - there can be many reasons why someone is or is not asked to be in a wedding, but trust me, the worst thing you can do is ask to be in one - this puts pressure on the bride which is the last thing she needs. so, wait and see if she asks you, but try not to be upset if she doesn't, it just may not be in her plans for her special day. that does not mean that you are not special to her though, trust me! best of luck, i hope she asks!

You really don't do that. You'll make your aunt horribly uncomfortable if she didn't plan on having you in the wedding anyway, and she'll then feel she has to have you in it, to keep from hurting your feelings. Just because she doesn't ask you to be in it, doesn't mean she doesn't love you.

2 of my younger sisters are getting married soon, and neither of them asked me (or our other sister) to be their bridesmaids, one is not having bridesmaids, the other is having some of her friends who live close to her be her bridesmaids since the 4 of us sisters each live in a different part of the country. It doesn't mean they don't love me, it just didn't work out in their plans. So don't worry if she doesn't have you, ok?

Ask her if there's anything you can do to help with the wedding. But bear in mind, she may not say anything about you being a junior bridesmaid. She may ask if you want to serve punch, sit at the guestbook, etc.

You do not ask to be in someone's wedding.

THEY ask YOU to be in it.

However you could ask to help out in some way regarding her wedding, but DO NOT ask to be a junior bridesmaid.

if she wants a junior bridesmaid, she will ask someone to do it. just be patient, she may ask you. she may not, but that doesn't mean that she doesn't love you.

I dont think you should ask her. I think she has to ask you if she wants you to be one. Dont worry about it. She may not have even thought about it. You could mention it to your mom and then see if your aunt asks you.

You don't. It's not your choice. It will only make her uncomfortable. Weddings are stressful enough without having people invite themselves into things.
