Hi, Im interested in improving my hand motor skills. Can you guys give me some ideas on how to do this?
I'm a guy (so please dont say "sewing" or making jewelry)
I can't play an instrument.

Folding origami, making models (cars, planes, trains, etc), fixing things (auto, toilets), carpentry...heh...maybe even magic tricks with cards

trying bending wires using small plier into specific shapes.

start with simplier ones like 'Z' and 'W'.

you should acieve it in a way that the wires should be lying flat on the table after bending.

PRACTICE WITH SMALL NAILS AND NUTS/BOLTS.THIS WILL REQUIRE TACTILE SENSITIVITY AND DEXTERITY.
MODEL BUILDING IS ALSO USEFUL.
DON'T FORGET THAT A DENTIST DOES ROOT CANALS AND SUTURING GUMS AND THIS REQUIRES GOOD DEXTERITY.
SEWING AND MAKING JEWERY IS BY NO MEANS UN-MANLYAND DOES REQUIRE GREAT DEXTERITY AND HAND/EYE COORDINATION.
