This happened in San Francisco some years back and the courts actually sided with the woman changing the diaper which I found disgusting. I would simply have told the manager to give your bill to the "dirty parents" for your meal that they ruined. Don't hesitate to spread the word to others about this restaurant. News travels fast.

well no, you should not call the police. Calmly tell the manager and if they fail to take action then leave and tell them why you have left . Most managers will say something to the offenders. Perhaps the parents felt they had a right to change the baby there because no diaper changing facilities wre provided in the bathroom?
If the managers do nothing then go home and write an email to the restaraunt stating what happened and that the managers failed to do anything about it

Talk to the manager IMMEDIATELY and tell them that not only will you refuse to pay for your meal, but you will contact the state health department unless action is immediately taken to stop the offensive behavior.
This is what you should NOT do - My girlfriend is Cuban, so she's... fiesty... she went over to the family and went on a 10 minute diatribe about why people like that shouldn't be allowed to reproduce. When the mother answered back, my gf slapped her in the face and threw her drink all over the woman, and ended up getting arrested. Gotta love her...

I hate it even as eating places do not have replacing tables! I have A. taken out a touch blanket and finished it on the floor of the rest room even as quietly imagining doing it on the eating position table (and then without delay complained to the eating position about the shortcoming of a replacing table) a million. i might want to wish I had a blanket that i might want to bathe later 2. i imagine he might want to manage the chilly for the most area, except it change into lower than 0 or some thing 3. that could make me do it interior 4. i might want to leave it, in basic terms poopy diapers get replaced in gross circumstances except he's leaking 5. It receives replaced, anyplace that must be. My mom says that 30 years in the past they continuously had to regulate diapers on the floor with a blanket because no one had replacing tables.

Yuck!! I feel sorry for you, I would of said something to the parents, and if no response to the waiter or manager, since it was there choice to do this because all public restaurants are required to have a baby changing table in the ladies bathroom.

That's completely inconsiderate and shouldn't be tolerated in a restaurant. Women's restrooms have baby changing tables for that very purpose. I would speak with a manager to discuss the issue because that is ridiculously rude, not to mention disgusting. I love babies, but I do not love inconsiderate parents!

Call the restaurant manager and tell that person that you wish to have the meal on the house unless they forbid the patrons from continuing and that you seriously doubt that you can write an objective restaurant review for the local paper however you are on a deadline.

Call over the manager or walk to the cash register - then say you are leaving because of "that" table.

That's like the wanker parents that won't take their screaming, yelling, crying baby out of the restaurant so everyone else can enjoy their meal. WTH?

Inform the restaurant manager. The manager should deal with it.
