No. I'd just have to go to confession every time I turned some idiot radical conservative politician into a frog.

You don't have magical powers, they are part of your religion if you perform magick, it's not like Harry Potter or Charmed.. apparantly you don't understand Witchcraft.
Witchcraft and spells are more like ritualistic prayers.
There is no such thing as scorcery, unless you're a geeky little computer nerd who likes HP too much.
Edit: 2 TDs? Christians, run along and educate yourselves before thinking I'm wrong.

Is you question asking if your religion was witchcraft or sorcery? If you were a practitioner of witchcraft magical powers would not be banned. If you were catholic then I hope you've paid your fire insurance premium.

Nope. If you mean magical powers as in fantasy magic, my religion already embraces real witchcraft, why not fantasy witchcraft?

Most book religions feared and despised those who had abilities as healers, shamans, magic workers and spiritualists. They still do, that's why I turned to Wicca and I have never been happier!

All religions have some sort of rites and with them comes magical empowerment. If you use your "powers" with bad in hand, bad things will happen to you.If you use your "empowerment" with good in hand, good things will happen for you...@zen@...

Yes, and I would obey.
Because my religion teaches that magical powers don't come from within you, but from evil spirits who are manipulating and using you.
