The people from the ACT place sent me a letter telling me i didnt pay for the test but I did. What do I do?

i payed for it in the beginning of november with a waiver. I've done this before and everything went well. Now they are telling me that i didnt send in a payment and they want 30 dollars.....but this doesnt make sence because if i didnt pay then I wouldnt be looking at the admission ticket right beside me!! What do i do cuz im not sending them more money.

Send them a Xerox copy of your receipt showing you paid for it.
