I just saw a story on TV about how many families refuse that the organs of the deceased would be used to save someone else's life, on religious reasons. However, they didn't state those reasons. What are those reasons, and wich religions forbit that?

As long as you think your organs are healthy, that is fine. However, if you have some deadly transmissible disease and do not indicate that, that is a sin.

All I know on this point is a simple principle:

Giving yourself to save someone else is not only noble, but, GOD-like.

GOD bless
