There are good foods that are healthy, you just have to make some adjustments to things you eat.

Try Lean Cuisines and Smart Ones. They have great substitutes for many of the meals I'm sure you enjoy now that are too high calorie to fit into a diet (i.e. pizza, lasagna, desserts, etc.).

Look for slow-churned ice cream instead of the regular kind to save calories and fat. Try 100 calorie packs when you're craving cookies, or South Beach products (their peanut butter cookies are delicious and are only 100 calories, and high in protein and fiber).

maybe becuz when u're tryin to go on a diet, u have to cut out a lot of the things that u like, thats y a lot of ppl r lik "screw diets" and just eat what they want, not carin about diet plans and instead find their own way to lose weight while still eatin what they love

try eating six small meals a day in portions the size of your fist. It speeds up your metabolism. You can eat what you want just in small portions. I dropped weight fast that way. I also did exercise

I know what you mean.
I been trying to lose weight and just ate a Milky Way after doing so good all day.
If it is not on your list, just eat less of it.

You must learn to like healthy food and stop eating when you're full. Maybe you like to eat for pleasure, not for nutrition. If you can't eat what you want, want what you eat. Only you control your mind.
