The mark of the Beast, is the sign of the Authority of the Beast, ....a sign of loyalty to an Authority....if the Beast is a false religion ... what religion is it ..... and whats is sign?

        The Mark of the Beast has nothing to do with technology. You're safe in that area. The Beast is the papal system and The Mark is the mark of her authority. Let us allow the papacy to tell us what she sees as the mark of her authority:

        In a letter written in November, 1895, Mr. H. F. Thomas, chancellor to the Catholic Cardinal Gibbons, replying to an inquiry as to whether the Catholic Church claims to have changed the Sabbath, said: "Of course the Catholic Church claims that the change was her act, . . . and the act is a mark of her ecclesiastical authority in religious things."

        Thus, The Mark of the Beast is currently not available to you and me because Sunday observance has not been given the force of civil law. When it is given that force, then you receive the Mark of the Beast if you obey that law. Obeying that law because you believe that law is a good law earns you the Mark in the forehead (belief). Obeying that law because you don't want to be thrown into prison, tortured, or put to death, earns you the Mark in the hand (action).

If you believe what is said concerning the preconditions of the mark, then I would think it is some form of mandatory id. One that can be stored just under the skin. It is not a tattoo, or John would have simply written, "tattoo". Remember the times John lived in, how would he describe our technology?

It is something that you cannot buy, or sell without.
It is critical in the exchange of a currency that is not physical then. Or else people would just use coins or cash, bypassing the mark altogether.
This mark will be enforced to all people, so it must be a part of the actual transaction.

So, my guess is that it will be some form of RFID.

It will probably be a computer chip sort of like the RF tags that are being used now. Without it you will not be able to buy or sell and you will face starvation. But this will not come about until the Tribulation Period begins. It is one of the things that the Anti-Christ will use to try to control the world. But if you are still here during that time and you take the mark then you will be damned by God for all eternity.

Three sixes is considered the mark of the beast in most cases, also what it could mean is at the nearing to the end, when certain ones will bear the mark that is considered to show their loyalty to the beast, enemy, satan whatever you shall call him, that these people are desiring to be his heirs so to speak. The mark of the beast is not a physical mark such as a tattoo, but rather a SPIRITUAL mark that identifies all unbelievers, it is represented by the number 666 (two-thirds)

"And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein.
