No, not at all. Guys tend to think it's a girly thing. When I was taking Yoga classes every once in a while a guy would dare to come in. It's crazy how unflexible most guys are. Especially the ones that lift weights. They could bearly stretch. Yoga is great for everyone's body. Helps your posture along with many other things. Your muscles need to stretch too. You should read more about it in a more physical excercise form. Try taking a class, you'll be amazed to know how small stretches could feel so intense.

Most of the people who take yoga classes are women.
I took a yoga class for a while....I was usually the only guy in the class...it was mentaly stimulating and very demanding.
I stopped going though because I felt awfully conspicuous being the only guy. I bumped into a woman I used to know and when she heard I was taking yoga, she ribbed me about it, saying "do you do that to ogle women?" I felt very self-conscious.

No, it's a very healthy discipline for men as well. It helps with balance, flexibility, and agility.
Also it makes homophobes give out sarcastic responses to a valid question.
Good luck

it is a woman dominated exercise but its not JUST for women. i know some men that do it also to help increase their flexibility and decrease risk of injury from sprains, strains, twists, muscle pulls/tears...ect. its very good for you and if you are interested you should pursue it!
