because most cultures sing with the same part of the mouth. I e the english speak in the back of their mouth and we talk/sing with our entire mouth...the english sing with their entire mouth to.
If a japaneze persone sings in english the same mispronunciation is there, but if they are modern singers the mispronunciation it the only noticible diff. If it an old fashione japanese singer sings in english then it will sound different because they sing more in the thraught than the mouth.

If you notice they only sing songs from american singers. They imitate the voice on the record or CD. The only way they have ever heard it is without foreign accent. It is actually the same when am american singe a song in some other language. The people of that language will not notice an accent either.pp

Most of their musical influences are probably American, or were influenced by Americans themselves, so they learned to sing with an American accent. It's Chuck Barry's fault, really.

I cannot say for definite, but probably because Rock and Roll has it's birth and roots in the USA. As well, because of the BIG bucks involved, maybe it's a cheeky surreptitious way of appealing better to an American audience.

I know it can be difficult to understand. But when I sing it is just regular. It comes out regular. It just does. That's it. There's no scientifical reason.

its easier to memorize lyrics and sing them w/o an accent then having to speak in unrehearsed conversations. you dont even need to know the language your singing in if someone coaches you on how to sing it
