go for a walk. if its dangerous in ure neighborhood, do something other than sit down in front of a cpu where u burn close to nothing :) and make up for it in the morning with a run (#1 weight loss cardio).
Listen to this part CLOSELY:
The absolute worst thing u can do at this point is beat ureself up and make ureself feel like sh*it for this. why? ure not gonna feel very motivated for positive action when u feel like crum right? We are human, forgiving ureself is a must as long as you figure out why you did it (think back- what triggered you? Did you not eat enuf earlier in the day? Were u absolutely famished? Were u in front of the TV and not thinking? and write it down so u know what to avoid from this day forward).

go for a walk, vacuum the carpet, etc. try to keep moving for the next hour or more. and next time don't eat the whole pie in one sitting!
