We can tell 400lb missiles what window, from what bearing and elevation, and at what time to hit a target, and your going to ask that!
No, we could not nuke you island, we have no way of making a 500 kiloton weapon that accurate.

Of course. And if there was a nuclear holocaust would probably still get fallout. But unless you have some strategic value, it would be a bit of a waste of an expensive bomb.
