Too funny!!! At first I read this as a relationship with someone who HAD cancer!!!
Anyway, a relationship with a "Cancer" is like that with any one else, each person has their own likes, dislikes, attitudes and reactions. You cannot go through life thinking that their "sign" is the first value you should look for in someone.
I've been single for most of my life and dated men born under every sign. That being said, since I am a Scorpio, I'd only stay away from any more Sagittarius's. I married one of those and he was poison for me. I stayed "single" since I ditched him 30 years ago until last year when I met my current and LAST man! This one is a true keeper!!! I however, have no clue what his sign is, except it's NOT Sagittarius!! :)
Good luck and watch men for their personal traits not what the astrologist's say.

Cancers men are very sensitive and empathetic (overall of course) They are very loyal.
The con for a Cancer would also be a pro they are senstive and are easily hurt or offended.
