There are Pro-Life organizations that are selecting infertile parents to implants these children for adoption.

It is already available and happening today. You can search the Internet for the providers.

And this is why in vitro as currently performed is immoral.

It produces excess embryos that are then murdered by discarding them.

If an in vitro proceedure could be devised that created one embryo, and that embryo had close to the same chance of implanting as did a naturally conceived embryo (I won't even hold it to exactly as much, but 'close') then it would be moral.

Testing an unknown technique with reasonable expectation of positive results would be morally permissible. Science does, unfortunately, carry some risk, even where human life is involved. But the trial sizes should be kept small to minimize needless waste of life.

Besides, let's see some of these infertile couples get over the polite 'racism' of demanding their own genetic children and encourage them to adopt children in desperate need of a home.
