Can't say how much you'll get back this year as you haven't provided enough information. Would need to know if your parents can still claim you as a dependent and how much was withheld in income taxes from your pay for this year.

I can say that you need to file an amended return for LAST year since you didn't include the income on the W-2s from last year. You'll probably owe taxes, penalties and interest on that. If you're lucky, it will be a wash. But get that amended return filed NOW as penalties and interest will continue to accrue until you file and pay the taxes due.
