I'd suggest you check with your dentist.

Call your doctor for specific instructions; they should have given you an instruction sheet for aftercare. Whether you have Tylenol now depends on whatever medications they may have given you during the extraction and whatever medication you might be taking for other conditions. If you don't know, ASK the doctor!
In my experience, it'd be okay to melt some ice chips in your mouth to relieve your thirst; however, don't suck on them because that interferes with the blood clots forming where the extraction occurred. (You want them to form to protect the wound.) Same reason why you shouldn't use a straw.
Remember the discomfort is temporary. Hope you feel better soon!

Yes, you can but if your mouth is numb the water will run out of your mouth. I also suggest that if you are still numb from the procedure, try to go to sleep then when you wake up and have the feeling back it is a lot less painful than being awake when the feeling comes back. Don't drink ice water though because of the shock. It would be very painful.

Yes, you can have water, as long as it isn't carbonated and you don't use a straw~
Also, be extra careful when you take your first sip... since you'll still be numb, your mouth won't realize it isn't doing it's job and the water may come right back out...
Hope your healing time is minimal!

Yes, just try not to get the extraction area wet, because the blood has clotted there to stop the bleeding and if you dislodge that clot, it will begin bleeding again.

YOU CAN SAFELY SWALLOW A SMALL AMOUNT OF WATER FROM A CUP/GLASS W/O A STRAW.JUST LET THE WATER IN YOUR MOUTH AND SWALLOW. YOU DO SO WITH SALIVA SO WATER IS OK TOO.
YOU DON'T WANT TO GET DEHYDRATED AFTER SURGERY.
