okay guys...so let me just say im half black and half filipino.
anyway, i love school, school is like...my ground! lol im tight with almost everyone at school! except for the rude nerds...lol THEY'RE SO MEAN!
anyway, the other day one of my guy friends told me i was probably one of the hottest in our school and he asked me if i liked anyone...thing is my school is majority white (he said i don't look like that "african" black lol haha) ok but im attracted to black guys? and there are some white guys i find AMAZINGLY smookin' but...idk? is it weird?

It's not weird. I am mixed black and white. I grew up in a predominantly white school... i mos def had crushes on the white guys and they would flit with me too...but never ask me out... that was because i guess of my color.... now a days as i am older i still don't put a color on cuteness, whoever is cute is cute, and if they think i am to, and wanna date i would go for it. Interracial dating is totally OK. Don't be scared.... if you get serious with a person it might be hard if the parents are not accepting.... but i say no worries just go for it. I'm from Seattle and here we have a very high rate of mixed people.... most people i know are mixed. :-)

It is ok to be with ANY guy who appreciates you and treats you well. Race should not be an issue.
What I find disturbing is that he'd point out that you are not "african black". What does he mean by that? Does that mean he wouldn't be interested if you were a shade or two darker? Does it mean he will accept you and your filipino parent, but not your black parent?
Racists are not born racist. Someone - most likely a parent - taught them to be that way. Are you ok with meeting his racist parents? He accepts you because you are not "african black", but will you be lightskinned enough for his racist parents?
You do not need all that negativity in your life giving you selfesteem issues. Do yourself a favour - spend time with people who love YOU so much that they do not even realize that you have skin!

in case you somewhat like someone, color or nationality shouldn't get contained in the way. although the back, interracial courting can be a difficulty with the aid of relations. some relations may criticize on your decision of courting. My view: My view would not be counted, interracial courting should be considered by ability of the individuals contained in the courting, no longer the onseers.

No. Not at all. My school is mostly white too, and there are a few black kids who go out with other black kids. It's not weird at all. Don't feel ashamed at all! Go with what your heart tells you, not what other people say.

Sometimes it works,but if it comes to having kids,then they are the ones who have to live with the difference. I have 2 nieces who have kids by black men. One took of & left,he also had kids with other women. The other has no job& just spongwes off my sister. Don't even try to associate with them any more.
