NO,
As a Mormon we cannot have a personal God.
After all we share it with all that will take time to listen to us.
God is NO respecter of any persons!
We have 3 three Persons in the Godhead:
1.God the Heavenly Father.
2. Jesus Christ, His only begotten Son.
3. The Holy Ghost that give us the right answers.

Well, follow that logic through. What does that look like? Lets imagine everyone has their own personal God. That would mean there are billions and billions of God's. Not one having anymore power or influence than the other. That doesn't sound much like a God to me. It sounds like someone's opinion, or soul, or sub-conscience. No, it doesn't make much logical sense that everyone would have their own personal God.

There is, & can only be, one Creator G*D, who made all else.
Anything else is by definition, a lesser being, not a god.
However, there are other spiritual beings we call angels.
Some of these rebelled against G*D & became devils.
They will try to deceive people into thinking they are gods.
But the real G*D wants a personal relationship with us all.
Only HE is capable of doing that;-} so yes, we can.

In Christianity, even though there is only one god, he is a personal God. He wants to have a personal relationship with each of us and he individually guides and protects all his children, if only we choose to accepts his absolutely free gift of salvation!

Yes.
I find religions to be very restricting regarding my relationship with "God". If there is only one God, and only one "Me"', I cannot possibly consider any particularly "proper" way anyone can convince me to worship and praise.

yes. in fact, that is the very definition of a god: someone or something that means something to you, the person or thing you turn to in time of need, the one you trust and hold dearest in your heart. whatever that is, whoever that is, is properly your god.

Certainly. It would be just as pointless as having one of the standard cartel of gods.

One of the commandments is you shall have no other gods except me (referring to God).
I guess you can have one personnal god thought, God himself.
