I'd say a combination of all four. One branch of my family has been Anglican/Episcopalian since the 1500s. I like the structure and tradition that the service provides. I think the main things I like about the Episcopal church are that I'm not asked to leave my brain at the door, the focus on helping others, and the lack of condemnation. I looked around at other branches of Christianity, Buddhism, and Wicca, but came back just because I felt moved to. ( I still do some aspects of Buddhism) There have been a couple of times in my life that I've felt that someone or something beyond this earth intervened and kept me safe. I would never expect someone to believe because of that, but I have no other explanation for what happened. I hope that last part didn't make me sound nuts. :)

My beliefs are rooted in a combination of c and d - d being what just feels right to me.
I really can't explain why but even without religion or rules of a polite society, I instinctively know if something is not "right". If I get that feeling about any of my actions I stop and think how they might affect others and the future.

d.) it's a puzzling mystery Just kidding, but I do like your call sign. I base my beliefs and faith in an historical man, Jesus Christ. In fact everytime I turn on my computer I am reminded of His great impact on the world and I see the date 11/30/2007 AD. What other historical figure divides time?

A, B, C, D
As a reconstructionist, I work and follow the research and archaeology to make the traditions come alive again. For me, my religion is reality but it's not for everyone. Finding this path was difficult and filled with tests. It would have been easy to profess to be Christian and take the easy path but that wasn't for me, I wouldn't have been honorable to myself, the Christians and the religion that I found.

E) All of the above.
My Belief is based on my religion, which is being a mormon. Which is a type of christianity.
My parents and my grand parent and great grand parents were mormons.
It's reality that Christ is real. There's proof all around us.
I don't follow it because it's what my parents do. I actually tried to learn in and took it into my life. Then I asked my friends about their churches. I found out that I knew that The LDS church is the true church for me.
Please don't give me thumbs down for being a mormon.

I like hard, cold reality where ever it may lead. You're always in the know with reality. No matter which reality or who's.

C. God proves His Word via prophecy. Based on this, I also choose D. because to God, free will choice is everything. It is the core attribute of faith.

None of the above. My answer is Faith. Mind you, faith has nothing to do with religion but everything to do with relationship with God.
