also i feel really bad when she tries to talk because it seems it is a real struggle. plz help me with that also.

LEARN SIGN LANGUAGE...THAT WILL SHOW HER THAT YOURE WILLING TO LEARN NEW THINGS TO BE WITH HER....IN THE MEAN TIME....WRITE HER A LETTER TELLING HER HOW YOU FEEL...AND ASK HER TO THE DANCE....ALTHOUGH SHE CAN PROBABLY READ YOUR LIPS...BUT THE LETTERS WILL TAKE AWAY THE AWKWARDNESS....OR YOU CAN LEARN HOW TO ASK HER IN SIGN LANGUAGE...
P.S .TRY TO LEARN SIGNALS LIKE " YOU'RE PRETTY"....OR "HELLO"....ECT...THAT WILL DEFINITELY GET HER ATTENTION...LOL

Ask her to the dance, of course! Just treat her like you would any other girl, or else she might shy away. And learning sign language might impress her...

learn a little sign language!!! she may be able to read lips and words too!! write her a note, just try to connect with her. if u like her, her hearing shouldnt get in the way.
maybe learn to sign to her "Can you help me learn something new?" :)

start learning to sign --- that shows you are interested and care enough --- get her to help you learn
