Today I've eaten a bologna sandwich on wheat bread with mayonaisse, a peanut butter & fluff sandwich on wheat bread, carrots, chocolate pudding, iced coffee with cream/sugar, and corn chips.

I've been getting a lot of terrible stomach aches lately and usually end up having to use the bathroom. It's all foods I'm used to eating, and I haven't noticed a pattern, except maybe the wheat, but I eat that almost every day and sometimes I'm fine. What foods are common allergies/ what should I be looking out for???

You may have something related to Gluten, it's called Celiac Disease and a Gluten-free diet might help.

It could be celiac disease, lactose intolerance, a corn allergy, or even an allergy to a meat in the bologna, or a coffee allergy. Try keeping a food diary and also keeping track of when you have problems. I have several food intolerances; sometimes it is as long as 12 hours from the time I eat the food until I react. Also keep track of what kind of meat is in the bologna. Poultry makes me very sick. Some people are allergic to beef or pork.

If you are having stomach aches, it is likely food intolerances rather than food allergies. Food allergies tend to produce symptoms like hives, headaches, nausea, respiratory difficulties, etc rather than stomach upsets, gas, flatulence as with intolerances. In general, intolerances are less severe than allergies.

Common irritants to either allergies or intolerances include gluten, wheat, milk, MSG. These may be contained in the foods that you just ate. You need to isolate those that are causing you problems. It may also be that you are sensitive to multiple foods.

milk seems to one type of thing you have in most of the food listed here so see if that is one thing you can not eat for a few days and see what happens. also wheat was another too so try not eating those two and see. good luck
