Hurts more with physical movement or pressing against the abdomen...about two inches directly above the belly button. 28 yr old male relatively healthy. drink about once a week or a couple of times a month. drink somewhat heavily when i do drink but dont drink often. not a sharp pain, more of a dull pain, intermittent, but pretty constant. doesnt seem to be related to eating, but did intensify a bit after a night of eating and drinking. not burning and not really relieved by antacids.

you should go see a doctor, sounds like it could be hernia related if it hurts with exertion. even if a hernia is not showing
by sticking out it may be small but if left unattended it could
worsen and there is such a thing as a strangulated heria where the intestines get envolved. please seek medical advice and good luck to you.
