You need to get a grip on him ( not wishing to sound mean) He needs to know his boundaries and that these are not negotiable. You don't need to be cruel or unduly rough with him, but you need to be consistant with him and make him realise (in a doggy way) that there is clear logic behind what you're doing. So (for example) if you're putting him in a crate you need to make him him associate it with nice things and establish some sort of routine with him. If he is crying you need to see and understand why he is doing that and what you need to do to solve that problem.
If he is always restless, he may need more exercise or attention. Maybe getting another dog might help or taking him to socialisation lessons. Give him something to look forward to to break up his day from changing his walk time if you can't walk him more than once daily to changing his diet (ask the vet about that) More than anything else you need to understand your puppy rather than just assuming he is a nuisance however frustrating he might get!

have you considered hitting lightly but hard enough to feel on the nose when he gets on the table?...sounds to me like it needs a little disaplin...and when he wants outside maybe he has to go to the bathroom?...and when he gets out of his crate and hes hyper he just wants to have attentionand he is happy to see you thats all...he doesnt seem too hyper at ALL!!! you dont need to do anything with him....hes just being a normal puppy!!

you need to exercise him more to release his energy. he is also just a puppy and it is normal for him to be hyper. start training him to avoid food. if he tries to leap for it bite him with your hand(hold your hand like a dogs teeth) to push him away. keep repeating and he'll learn to ignore. When you're gone be sure to put temptations away.(especially because you're not there to correct his problem) when he cries outside ignore him because hes wanting attention. to stop him say shh in an assertive(also do this with the food issue) way to let him know its not ok to do that.
be sure to exercise him daily, disapline him with an assertive and calm mind, and give him affection. GOOD LUCK!

Buy those small raw hide bones they are excellent for training and his teeth, plus his gums. Try to find out what types of chewing bones he/she likes, this way you don't have to worry about getting your shoe's, couch or anything else chewed. You can also buy treats to train him/her. It's best to do it now before he/she develop bad habits. You don't have to go crazy trying to train him/her just the basic. Sit down, no, good girl/bad and eat.
Good luck!

Lots of exercise/play time not to mention some discipline. Obedience training might be the answer.

Mine is like that too. He's too hyper all the time especially around new people. just try to teach him things by sounding assertive. if that dosn't work you could try medication

He's a puppy, puppies are like that, and you should start training with him while he's young and crazy things like that won't happen when he's older. TRAINING. DO IT.
