Is he sick? If so, what do I do?

If my dog was doing that, I would consider him sick, and would take him to the vet. You probably should too.

Call a Vet, ASAP! Without knowing any of the circumstances leading up to the start of this, or any details about your Dog, breed age etc. It would be very wrong to give you any other advice.

Dogs do not get Colds as humans do! but can get Respiratory Illnesses or infections, the symptoms given could also indicate problems not connected to the lungs. Only a physical examination by a professional can tell you what is wrong!

That is not normal. I would definately contact a vet right away. He could have an obstruction in his airway, bloat (if he is a large or giant breed), or numerous other conditions.

Maybe he has a cold? You should take him to the vet.

feel the dog head and if its hott(not just warm hott) it should only be cool or slightly warm....and is the nose wet or dry...it should be wet....but you should prob get him to a vets room like right now!!!
