Why does the sun god disappear after I pray that he lingers in the sky all day long?

By all day I mean 24 hours.

The sun god does not listen to my prayers. Am I praying incorrectly?

Well at least your sun god makes a regular appearance, which is more than I can say for the Biblical God!

I am the person responsible for the sun rise. I try to mix it up a little every day by changing the time just a little bit. I don' t do the sunsets though, that is someone else. The sun disappears because you are not of sufficient importance to stop in the sky for. I would call you a peon, but compared to the Great Sky or the Mighty Sun, you are not even that. You are not even me.

Your prayers are being listened to, and we wish you would quit it. You are getting quite annoying. I will bring the sun up, when I choose to bring it up and it will set when the appointed time has arrived, though I am not in charge of that part and cannot speak for him.

We hear your prayers and wish you would pick better prayers. Like ask for a Djinn or something, something that is something a mere mortal can hope for.

I withdraw my presence from this conversation, but though I am gone, I am still present, most especially early in the morning.

If you are really very good, I may grant you 72 virgins. Of course any number of women more than one might be a curse, yet if you are good, I may grant you that.

Theres no such thing as a sun god. and the sun disappears because of earths revolving and stuff like that. while the earth revolves around the sun, the earth is in constant motion, thats why wen the sun goes down, your side of the earth is facing away from it and u experience the darkness...and last but not least, again, theres no such thing as a sun god. But there is a God more powerful that can actually cause the sun to stay up 24hrs. and that God is the one who created the sun, the earth, the world, and everyone living in it.

i think the sun god may have to do his normal activities like taking his bath, go to work, and also, sleep. that's why he can't be with you all day.
