This is sexual abuse. He needs to realize this and stop behaving this way immediately.
Look, I know you care for your brother and dont want to hurt his feelings, but you're going to have to put yourself first.
Tell a parent so he can be dealt with accordingly.
This is seriously wrong behaivor on his part and could be a sign that he is a sexual predator. So you might be saving someone other than yourself too.
Good luck.

Hate to say it, but it sounds like "abuse", in a way. It would be less harmful if he wasn't coming in and physically touching your body-- you do not want it to progress.
I'd start by talking to him about it while your parents are at home (in case something were to happen). Say you love him as your brother and you are worried about him, and you would like him to seek out help if he feels its not something he can control. If it continues, THEN consider telling your parents, or if you feel uncomfortable, a trusted adult.

I'm sorry to say this but it's beyond sexual harrassment if he is coming in to your room to touch you, it's molest. It's not ok and you should not be made to feel uncomfortable BY anyone ever!!! Even you're brother. He obviously isn't to concerned about you being friends with him or close if he feels it is ok to violate you that way. I'd tell someone... who knows how far he will go.

Tell your parents. What he is doing is wrong and it is eventually going to cause even bigger problems. Better to deal with it now than when it becomes a very big issue because it could land him in prison.

This is sexual abuse. Tell your parents. Videotape it (without him knowing) if you feel like they might not believe you--that way you'll have proof (parents won't want to believe that their son could do something so horrible.)

The difference between harrassment and abuse is that abuse is great fun, and the penalty is the same.
