So I'm on one of those bridge/balcony things, and I see my friend Drake. I call out his name, but he doesn't turn around, he just keeps on walking. I follow him. As he's going down the stairs, I catch up to him. I put my hand on his shoulder and say his name very loudly.
"Finally, Lil ... Finally, you're learning to control your dreams ... " Says Drake.
We continue walking, until something I see makes me stop dead in my tracks. I see an EXACT copy of myself. Same hair, same shoes, everything.
"She's not real," says Drake.
I try to touch her, but my hand goes right through her.
"YOU'RE NOT REAL !" I shout at her. She disappears.

"See, Lil ... Dreams are just obstacles. Obstacles that stop you from discovering the truth. Master your dreams and you master the world around you. Master you dreams and you master ... Everything." Drake says.
"But .. *This* is a dream. *This* isn't real either." I say.
"This is very real, Lily. Just because it's in your head, it doesn't mean it isn't real. Just think about it." Drake says.
"Fine, I'll ask you about it, as soon as I wake up." I say to Drake.
"No, Lil, you can't. There are some things you can only learn here ... Things the ignorant will *never* learn. This is very real, Lily ..." He says.

And I wake up.

Ooooh...spooky. Does your friend Drake have the same dreams as you? I think this dream is just you telling yourself that you are dreaming. I have lucid dreams quite often. Not lately though. Enjoy it when it happens. I heard a way of knowing when you are dreaming instead of being oblivious to it is to look at your hands. If you remember to. I used to go to bed and tell myself "look at your hands, look at your hands." I would, my hands would look weird and I knew I was dreaming. Then I would do all sorts of awesome things. Kiss my crush, fly, make a scary dream not scary anymore. It is a very powerful thing to know you are dreaming. Make use of it.
