Well see, at 13, your main focus should be school, having fun and being a young teen.
There is no reason you need to have a boyfriend yet. Boys at your age don't understand what it is to be a boyfriend. I'm not trying to give you the "birds and bees" lecture. But you must understand, relationship are a complicated thing. Something you aren't ready for.
Before you are ready for a boyfriend, you have to understand yourself first. Learn who you are, because at this age, you change things you like and the way you are every other week. Give yourself time to grown, learn, achieve. Than get a boyfriend

You might be too young for Answers. But anyway, don't be fooled into thinking that it's about looks. You'll attract the wrong kind of guys if you focus on it alone. Relationships are a lot of work. Don't do it just because everyone else is doing so.

Oh sweety you do not need a bf. Honelsty there is more to life than just wanting a bf. Its not worth it right now. Your still young and growing. Enjoy life and make it last. I promise you you will find your love someday but right now maybe is not the time. There is more to than life HAVING A BF. Trust me on this one. I know.
