fluffy, and this is why......... the hair is hygroscopic, due to the hairs cuticles being like thousands of tiny little sponges soaking up the humidity in the air!!!

dry and frizzy,i work in a school and its always hot in there,my hair looks lovely in a morning but as soon as i get to work i look like crystal tips or hair bear bunch...
