If she's still pushing like she's trying to get a puppy out, you need to get her to the vet to be checked ASAP. Did she expel all the after births?

Nothing, she is just very very tired from giving birth. Just make sure you have some food and water for her when she is finally threw giving birth. O and don't try to touch the puppies because mother dogs are very protective about their puppies. Also if you touch them she may refuse to feed them or she may eat them because your scent is on the puppies and she doesn't want your scent on them.

You need to call a vet ASAP!
You can try and gently feel if she has another puppy in her. Don't make a complete decision though since you aren't an expert.
They can still be delivering up to 24 hours after going into labor.
My mother breeds dogs, and for specific instructions which I can't give - she can, go to this forum, register, and ask.

Good luck.

Take her to the vet and have her checked out, he'll likely give her a shot of oxytocin. Once he says she's fine, then you head home and get to feeding and caring for those pups.

Call a vet. It's possible she hasn't birthed all the puppies yet.

Call a vet. Did she have any more contractions and nothing came out? Then it possible that a puppy did not come out. If you don't hurry the puppy can die or be damaged.

get her to the animal ER immediately, she may be so tired she can't get the rest of the pups out and if they are in the birth canal too long they will die and turn septic and that will kill the mother.

She probably still has more pups inside!! Take her to the vet ASAP. You could well lose her if you wait.
