Don't blame him for your crappy life. We as humans cause our own problems. A woman cries out after her son dies in a car accident because he drank too much, and got behind the wheel. "Why did you do this Jesus?" Jesus did not hand her son the bottle. Can't help but notice Jesus in caps. I think you found him. Just stop pushing him away every time you feel angry. He'll listen when your ready to start talking to him. Try it. He's the ONLY true friend you have right now. Why would you want a way out? Your life was not always crappy. Come on! Backtrack and remember when you were happy and what happen from there, and fix it.
Take care & keep smiling.

Hi Louise :) You need to know first of all that God loves you and that's why He gave us His Son. If you are really seeking Jesus, the way is easy. God made it so. Do you believe that Jesus is the Son of God and that He is the only way to the Father? Do you believe that you are a sinner and need His forgiveness? Do you believe that only He can take away your sin? Do you want Him to come into your heart and to give you new life through Him? If your answer to these questions is 'yes', then tell Him you believe, ask Him to forgive you and cleanse you and to fill you with His Holy Spirit. Ask Him to help you to know Him and to lead you. Then believe with all your heart that He is there, in your heart, just as you've asked. You don't need to use fancy words, just talk to Him as a friend and tell Him about yourself. Ask Him to lead you to the right church for you because you will need to be with born again believers like yourself, to help you find your place in his body (the Church) and to encourage you as a new Christian. You may have to try a few churches but the Spirit will show you which is right for you. I would not recommend Roman Catholic, Jehova's Witness or Mormon fellowships as they do not teach full gospel but will adapt it and even distort it and you need to know the full truth. If you want to know more you can e-mail me. As you walk with Him you will change and then you will see the changes in you life. Get yourself a modern translation of the bible and for now read New Testament as that is most relevant for new Christians. Talk to Him a lot and spend time listening too. God bless you, you've cheered my heart :)

You won't find Jesus, He'll find you, however you need to be in the right places. The Bible is a Holy Book, as you read it your life will change. I suggest reading the four Gospels first and then moving to Romans or Galations. There is nothing you can do to inherit the kingdom of God, other than to believe, that's Faith. Faith leads to trust. once you trust in Jesus, you'll have it made. Eternal life is a free gift. Jesus paid the ultimate price so that we might have a chance at Heaven. You can't earn it, and you sure can't buy it. Check out, bibleuniversity.com, you will not be sorry you did.

You could pray, God hears every prayer. Ask Jesus to become real to you.
Try a good, lively, spirit-led church, I can recommend any in the new frontiers family but there are many others.
Or start with doing an alpha course, many many people have found Jesus that way. It's friendly and you can ask what you like.
The Bible says that Jesus is waiting for us to invite him in. You can pray this prayer, and if you mean it from your heart, you will be in his family, that's his promise.
Father God, I repent of all my past sins (you can list them if you like, he already knows them anyway!). I choose now to make Jesus my Lord and Saviour, and will follow Him and his ways for the rest of my life. I accept your free gift of forgiveness. Amen.

I felt the same way. I had tried everyway that I could find to be happy and all the things that this world said would make me happy failed miserably.Until one day I asked Jesus to please help me. And he did! Now I have joy in my soul. I am not happy all the time because happiness depends on what happens. But true Joy comes from God and that is always there. Jesus said Rejoice that your name is written in heaven.
The Phillipian jailer asked the Apostle Paul the same thing you are asking and Paul replied Call on the name of the lord Jesus Christ and thou shall be saved. You can find him right now all you have to do is call out to him and he will hear you and he will answer you.

im not to sure about this, haha, i can't really tell if you are joking or no...but if you aren't i suggest talking to someone in person, maybe a pastor? They usually know quite a bit, and don't have to type everything through the internet ;]
maybe if you can't build up courage or something to ask for help in person, i know i have that problem, you could just get a bible, they're usually pretty easy to get hold of, haha. i suggest Matthew to start in
maybe that helped if you are sincerely asking, if you want you can email me...
edit: Pilgrims Progress is a good read if you prefer an analogy, however nothing can really take the place of the bible...okay, i am starting to really sound religious...sorry... i hate that, it isn't about religion, it's a relationship.

I was there. I hated how my life was going and I wanted Jesus.
See what the Bible says at:

The site is run by Campus Crusade for Christ. I got tired of typing the same thing that's on their website.

it is possible that you need jesus, but it is certain that you need the truth.
give yourself a whole day when you have nothing more important to do (is there anything more important in your life right now?).
stay away from other people (only you will need to live with the consequences of your decision). ask yourself what matters to you most.
is it someone you know? is it some value you have? is it something you need to find out?
answer honestly: your whole life depends on this.
deal with yourself honestly, and you will find you have found the path you need to follow.

pray and ask God to forgive your sins. Ask him to be your saviour/take over your life. Get baptized in the name of Jesus(specifically), and then ask God to fill you with the Holy Ghost evidenced by speaking w/ other tongues. God will give you peace/joy like you've never felt! Every burden lifted. Life won't always be easy. But as long as we strive to live for God his spirit will be w/ us. The HG is to give us power over sin and to make us a powerful witness for God. Endure to the end living a holy life. Read Acts 2:38-9 for the plan of salvation(assuming you have a Bible). Also, read the book of Acts to read about the church that Jesus built. It will help you. Also, a good website for the basics is upci.org. God Bless!

Buy a Bible and read it as much as possible.
Join an active, Bible believing and teaching church. Most churches will give the opprotunity to ask Jesus into your heart during the ending of the sermon. When your at church, think of Romans 10:9-10
"That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved."
Live free from everything in Jesus' name!
God bless your soul my future sister in Christ!
