Clearly, since we cannot explain the origin of Earth and the origin of life, it means that Earth (and all of its inhabitants) were generated from the giant planet-making machine in the galaxy of Sputulon. If humans can't explain it, that's the only possible way it could have happened. Why can't you people see this???

Abdul Hassan -- Don't trifle with me. If you want holy war, I'll GIVE you holy war...

Gerry - DUH. The planet-making machine was built by the people of Sputulon. And Sputulon was created by a giant galaxy-making machine. I know it's hard to imagine, but that doesn't make it any less true just because it's bigger than our minds can comprehend.

So thats what cats sit around and think all day. I had no clueeee. But then again if they ventured out into the real world and saw all the beautiful nature, the animals, insects, and life processes...they might think I have a purpose in life and if I have a purpose there must be a God who knows what that purpose is!

Just because we cannot explain with certainty the origin of life does not mean we are unable to generate theories. Evolution Theory is just that, a theory or explanation for the diversity of life forms on Earth. Religious Creationism or Intelligent Design is a supposition pretending to be theory so it can be taught in Tennessee schools. ID is not a theory because it lacks falsifiability; Evolution Theory does not.

You are way off base and don't make sense! A giant planet making machine had to be made by someone, if you want to think that this is how the heavens and earth came about! God made Heaven and earth and all things!

Pshaw! WHATEVER! We HAVE TO know the right answer! We ALWAYS know the right answer on all the other tests, so there should be a right one that we know for this one!

Leszee... Uh... Sure! That works!

But unfortunately we have to agree with Comrad Abdul and declare Holy War on you anyway!

the theory of evolution explains how and why species exchange. It does no longer handle the origins of existence. i do no longer forget approximately abiogenesis; fairly, it is a definite pastime of mine. If somebody factors out that abiogenesis isn't area of the theory of evolution they are purely correcting your misconceptions. they do no longer look to be "ignoring" abiogenesis. clever human beings understand that abiogenesis has no longer something to do with the super Bang, which first of all wasn't an explosion and 2nd of all got here about extra or less 9 billion years in the previous the image voltaic device became into formed. No, some thing does not upward push up out of no longer something, it is why i do no longer purchase the non secular tale that a god purely poofed an entire universe into existence from no longer something.

your ? is not a true statement.
I can explain the origin of life and the origin of Earth with no hesitation or doubt in my mind:

Gen 1:1 "In the beginning God created the Heavens and the earth."

I love questions like this for the way that, among all the lively and amusing posts by people who get it, you have those who don't care if the whole world knows that they've never evolved a sense of humour. Thanks.

I really don't care about the origin of life. I care about the future of life.
