Mine like canned fruit and veggies
nuti-grain bars
very small cubed cheese
cottage cheese
I would put a heaping tsp of peanut butter on a Ritz.
She really like hard boiled eggs (but hated them cooked any other way)
Mandarin oranges
hot dogs that were cut in half and the meat taken out of the casing. Don't forget the ketchup!!
Chicken nuggets cut up into bit size pieces with of course ketchup!
I would offer 3-4 different things- about a tablespoon of each. Then let her eat what she wanted and offered a little more of what ever she seemed to like at that meal.
Anything that she could eat w/out having me feed it to her.
Hope they like one of ideas I gave you.
Good Luck!!!
If they don't like it the first time just keep trying. Mine didn't like peas but I opened a can can just gave it to her 2 times a day and all of a sudden she ate them all up and now loves them but now she prefers the frozen (cooked) kind because she has more teeth.

every one gave great answers but i know from experince it is hard to get a toddler to try different foods and textures so try all the things peolpe are saying to do here and then when she still wont eat do what i do and make her a milkshake or a smoothie.a peanut butter banana milkshake with vanilla ice cream.or a smoothie with yogurt and frozen fruits.i know the ice cream may sound too sugary but it is a wonderful source of calcium when used in moderation.and ALWAYS hide the beverages 30 mintues before meal time or she will fill up on the liquids and give her the drink after she has eaten a considerable amount.also one other thing that woked great for my picky eater is how the food was given to her.for example if the cheese was a slice it was to boring it had to be the kind that you spray from a can ,or fruit on skewer, also the texture if she doesn't like her ham and cheese sandwich take it back in the kitchen and toast the bread or melt the cheese then serve it to her again my dd loves everything better cruncy.last but not least make it fun to eat.my dd favorite was "drop it down the tunnel"this is how it goes you have all the food cut to bite size pieces but dont let the baby see the food get a funnel the the food pices can fit through the hole and say her it comes drop the food through the tunnel on to the highchair tray .it'll be so amazing that the cheerios or whatever just appeared that she cant help but to eat it so that another one can replace it after a while she will figure it out and will be happy to do the tunnel game by herself and eat by herself.well best of luck.susan

I introduced my daughter to as many baby safe foods to as soon as possible and because of that she is not at all picky. She is almost a year old. It can, however, take up to 16 introductions of a new food before your baby will take it and like it. So, you may just need to keep trying to same foods. It's frustrating, but really the only option.

At 1 year of age my children ate what we ate. I cut it into tiny pieces and let them feed themselves. If they chose not to eat what I gave them then they did not have supper. I would give them some cereal and fruit later in the evening before bed so that I knew they were not hungry.
They have all learned to eat what is set on the table before them.

NO GRAPES. I saw that another post told you to feed grapes - do not. That is dangerous. My son was picky and didnt start totally eating everything until 13.5 months. I broke up pita bread, shredded cheese, scrambled eggs, acini di pepe (small, small pasta) and yogurt. It helped. He is now 15 months and eating everything in sight! Good Luck.

when my kids were that age I started cutting up table food in small "baby bites" steak, greenbeans, corn, anything that they can pick up and eat w/ their fingersis great. so basicly anything you eat cut it smaller and let them eat it. and if they see you eat it then they want to eat it.
