Ive been working as a Customer Service Rep for the last 5-6 years (Im 22) and I end up working in POS locations where the only way you get ahead is if you sleep with someone or kiss their ***...Which I would never do. At any case my last job I was there for 4 yrs and my new job (6+months) is a little better but Im taken advantage. I do way to much work while everyone else scratches their ***. I dont usually whine but I dunno...what should I do words of advice?besides quit and get a new job (already looking) Has this happened to you?

been there done that and it sucks! My only advice is keep looking around, and until then keep learning as much as you can, so that when you do find a better company you will have great experience and be qualified for the job. Keep your head up good luck man!!

I've worked in customer service for 12+ years - and ya, I've been there. (but have not 'done that'). I found my only way was to keep finding a better place. In my job interviews I would be firm so that they knew from the get-go that I would not be taken advantage of. And when a subordinate would start to, I'd tell them to do their own damn job.

Good luck!

Just keep to your buisness. Keep looking around for options. I would suggest u to take up some courses for higher studies...this will add value to ur resume and u might get into a job u like. Since ur only 22...i think u should look into this option.
