1st December. No, Christmas should not be banned. For some families it is the only time of the year they see each other. As for the ones who do not want to celebrate Christmas, they are free to keep quiet and let the rest of us enjoy the occasion.

It just depends upon which country you are from- US says December 1st. UK says 1st December. Either way, it's the first day of December.

Always quote dates in the order dd/mm/yy

The correct way

You can do it the American way mm/dd/yy but I prefer the logical, correct British way. Smallest unit first, getting bigger.
