Death by an act of God means you died naturally or natural causes have caused you to die. Only a medical examiner can determined how you died.

If you want to get this out of your policy, the answer is simple: Find a new company that will pay death claim no matter how you die. After you get the new life policy, cancel the old one.

I personally have life insurance from Primerica Life Insurance Company, which is owned by Primerica Financial Services, which is owned by Citigroup.

Remember, we are a Christian nation!
We were founded on the beliefs that God exists and controls everything! Even our money still has "in God we trust" and our Plede of Allegiance simply states "one nation under God".

It's like the more knowledge we (modern day humans) acquire and the smarter we become, the more we shy away from God and try to place our existence, success, everything into and from our own hands; and what a shame that is! : (

Even so, God is Real and He loves Everyone!!

Insurance company: "Our spiritual mediums are standing by to investigate your claim that the uninsured person that hit your car was not actually a result of an act of God. Actually, if God is like a Watchmaker, then ALL acts are acts of God and you have simply been relegated to the comic relief section, sucker!"

"Act of God" is an accepted insurance term meaning "caused solely by the effect of nature or natural causes". Floods, hurricanes, etc.

It does not mean that your insurance company can prove any god's existence.

Just another proof that America is a Christian nation and just another proof that all of our laws came out of the Holy Bible.

Amazing isn't it how God will show up throughout history. God's creation; God's laws; and God's people.

Insurance companies will do anything to get out of paying. They seem to be above the law. But it is actually just a legal term not a literal term.

Act of God is a legal term used to define acts of Nature. Please explain to me how they can prove it is an act of any God. Much less your God.

Act of God is a legal term, not a literal requirement of action by the creator of all reality.
