I'm sure there are, but there are very few other sources about his teachings.
You can certainly read some of the Gnostic Gospels, but they tend to be a little weird. On the other hand, if you look for books about the Gnostic Gospels as a whole, you might find what you're looking for.
Look for "The Gnostic Gospels of Jesus: The Definitive Collection of Mystical Gospels and Secret Books about Jesus of Nazareth" by Marvin Meyer. I haven't read it, but I have seen it in a couple of good bibliographies.
You'd be better off reading about the early churches, and how they had to grow and change in response to the Roman opposition.
The Book I'd recommend is "Reading Judas: The Gospel of Judas and the Shaping of Christianity" by Elaine Pagels and Karen L. King. I bought it last year, after the authors made the NPR circuit.
While you get to tick off Fundamentalists, you'll also get to learn some of the reasons the Church grew into what it is now.

You will find the longest discourse by Jesus in John's gospel followed on by the Book of Acts straight after it. They are the most reliable because anything else will be biased in the direction the writer would want to take you. A modern version such as the Good News or New International version are best as they were re translated from the original texts and put into modern day language. There are also footnotes of possible other meanings of some words, so you get a rounder picture. If it's you that's reading them, read them as though they were written for you because they were, just as they were for me. They're lovely books and will contain things which will surprise and delight and puzzle you. God bless :)

Pangel, you can read the Gospel, written by any one of Matthew ,Mark,Luke and John. They arem the true teachings of Jesus and to verify they are authentic books, they are all roman catholic books, they will have the word "imprimatur" written on the second or third pages .This word 'imprimatur' signifies that the script inside is the original script and not been changed from its original version, and is authenticated by the Bishop of the area it was published. These 4 are known as the evangelist and will help you get what you are looking for.

You could go for a devotional. "1 year with Jesus" by Tyndale House Publishers is a good one. It's written in the NLT (New Living Translation) but can be read along with any version of the Bible (KJV, NKJV, NIV, LB, AB, RSV etc).
A devotional is your best bet. It breaks down the gospels into a daily devotional reading. Kind of like "Our Daily Bread" by RBC Ministries does with the booklets.
Unfortunately any 'sayings' of Jesus are found in the bible alone. Anybody else that claims to have 'additional teachings' is full of donkey doo. Whatever is recorded he said in the Bible, is it. ♥

There is a book by a man named Laurence Freeman called "Jesus, the Teacher Within" that examines the line "Who do you say that I am" - as in the question that Jesus asked his disciples - as a meditation tool. I found it to be quite a good book.

What you mean like a book that has a quote from jesus and then some rich guys interpretation of what it means?
Or one of those quote a day calendars?
Please read the bible in its entirety, or at least the parts you care about, if you're going to call yourself a Christian.
I can't stand people who read self help brainwashing like the Purpose Driven Life, never read the bible, and call themselves religious.
