Whew!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, God was good.
------------
You bring up a good point about outdoor lighting. Apparently there IS a danger when it is raining.
If ONE person reads your post and takes precautions with their little children, then you did the world a favor. Thanks.

He was definitely being looked out for! When my son was three he had a bad habit of peeing in the yard. He thought it was hysterically funny to chase my daughters around with the stream until one day he hit the electric fence with it! It turned him a backwards flip and he cried for quite a while. It must not have done any lasting damage though cause he is now twenty four and can laugh at this little episode, although it did take a while before he found it funny.

After you get done thanking or not thanking god ,take a really good look at those lights because there's a physical break in the wire somewhere. Examine every single inch of wiring
For safety's sake use only lights that are approved for outdoor use and plug them into an outdoor extension cord with a GFI built into it

Yeah I really do believe that God was looking out for him. I think that there is a broken light bulb on you christmas light you might want to check it out. But I think that god gave the older brother the sense to do that So I would thank God frist and the your brother after.

Umm, adjust the lights immediately.
Glad to hear your brother is ok now, but... don't be leaving an electric fence up! Otherwise next time it'll be a neighbor's kid, or a poor dog or cat or something.

id say your brother is watching over him.
when i was 7 i accidentally grabbed onto something on the back of the oven.
Electrocuted me.
Almost killed me..
my little brother ssaved my life.
I had been stuck to it for about 2 minnutes when my little bro found me and tackled me to the ground.
the doc said that if i had been electrocuted for very much longer it would have caused perm brain damage.
scary huh.
but your brothers fine.
you should have him pee on an electric fence.
that there is a tickle that will make ya jump

Oh my Gosh!
you have no idea how painful that would be for him, Its good to hear hes doing okay.
The reason why he didn't die was because the voltage from the fence and the lights together weren't that high.
Your very lucky Ma'mm! but you should go see your Doctor just to make sure everythings okay.

You should thank god he "created" electricity
You should also be thanking his older brother instead of god.
how do you think he feels being a hero and then ignored for a being that doesn't even exist.
poor guy. He needs ALL the recognition!!!!!!!
oh and was Satan the one that sent the electric fire down the fence, or was it because of the neglect of the person that put them up?
Get those lights DOWN NOW!
THEN you can also thank god he removed the safety hazard (lights)
