Torrents are for the software you want to download. If the software is universal or is an application for Mac, you're good to go.
The link below is to a search page that has many good torrent download sites. There are lots of overlap since most torrent sites search other torrent sites. Search with key words. A few sites recognize " " marks, others don't so keyword and full, quoted string searches are both useful. You may have to search for both Sims 2 and Sims II since the name is whatever the upload is named. For that matter, just leave out the number and use keyword search. Then scan through the results for the number. Include "mac" in any search for an application (that applies to the game) that needs to install, open and run on a Mac. You don't need to include "mac" if you are searching for universal type files, such as video, photos or sound. I should add that some video container files have odd codecs that you may not be able to use on a Mac or Linux system without Windows Media Player.
BTW, one irritating thing about the Pirate Bay is they use geo-location feedback so if you are using a computer in a foreign country, they will feed you their page using some text in that foreign language. That makes it difficult to navigate if you can't read the foreign language.
