I don't believe this tale but I think it would be funny if he's wearing cloths from 2000 years ago.

Wouldn't Nike, Reebok or New Balance feel better then leather sandles. What about a nice Versace suit? George Clooney makes it look good.

Hey!! You tell god to leave George Clooney alone. Tell him to take George W. Bush he's not wanted here any longer.

I believe he will return looking exactly the same like he did, he'd also return to his homeland first...it wouldn't be weird because desert Bedouins and some traditional Arab clothing today are pretty similar to the clothing they used to wear in the Middle East 2000 years ago...robes, veils, etc

Moo:: haha...I actually mentioned the racial profiling security thing in my last question similar to this...the great white horse with Jesus on it descending from the sky could be a metaphor for an airplane....I believe in the return of Jesus but I also believe that he will come back as a man to test his true followers.

Revelation 19:11-16 these verses tell you exactly what he will be wearing. Versace couldn't even come close to what the Lord is wearing. Have you heard? God's streets are made of gold and His gates are precious pearls and gem stones. God owns everything - Nike, Reebok, New Balance, Versace and George Clooney. One Word and they stay or go. One Word and the heavens stay or go. One Word and the earth stays or goes. My friend, "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom."

Jesus doesn't live in a time zone like us! What He has on when He returns is His business! Actually the clothes way back when looked more futuristic than modern clothes. Also the Bible tells you what He will be wearing!

He will look like a "thief in the night". In other words, he may look like your next door neighbor, or your doctor, or the man in the street. He will not look as he did 2,000 years ago, as this would be no "thief' in any ones eyes.

Don't spend too much time staring at the clouds for his return, as this is also not a "thief". The definition of thief in the night is someone that you do not know at what hour they come, and you don't know what they look like because you were sleeping.

Yaah I'm sure as millions of angels fill the air and singing and light and all that stuff I'm really gonna be checking out what He's wearing!

Since he looks Middle Eastern, he'll probably have trouble getting through airport security

When Jesus returns we will not be thinking about what He is wearing, those of us who believe will be rejoicing and bowing to our King. Those of you who don't believe will be bowing too- because every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus is Lord to the glory of God the Father.

He'll be pimpin', hangin' with Mary Mag & all.

Not that it'll happen, but for laughs, I see him as Tommy Chong.

When He comes back, it won't matter what clothes he'll be wearing as we will be separated from ours.
