if your religion gets off the hook by claiming, "people that do evil in the name of my religion aren't really my religion," than why don't you accept that argument when they use it?

and before you try to get me on a stipulation the McVeigh didn't do it in the name of religion...what about the KKK, or Hitler (or anyone that uses Christianity) to hate. abortion doctor killers? soldier funeral protesters? <---those are doing in name of Christian.

A person can CLAIM to be a Martian. Does that make him or her one?

I did a YouTube video on this very subject. I am unable to post the link, but you can go to YouTube and do a search on "Christianity 101: What is Christianity?" My user name is Duke of Wilmington.

Anyway, if you're determined to hate, dislike, mistrust (or whatever verb is appropriate) all Christians, then there's little I can say to sway you from that.

As to the Muslim issue, I don't hold all Muslims responsible for 9/11, nor do I hold the overall religion of Islam.

In general I agree with what you are saying. People who fly airplanes into office buildings are not really living out the religion of Islam. Same goes for people who protest soldiers' funerals, shoot abortion doctors, shoot the Prime Minister of Israel, set fire to a cross in a black family's yard etc. etc. The difference is there was no news footage of people cheering in the streets after the bombing of the federal building in Oklahoma City.

They were true Muslims. You need to read the entire Qur'an.

Jeff... I did. and still do. Jeff please review your question. You asked all the people in here to consider whether or not the hijackers were true Muslims.. according to the Qur'an, they obeyed the Prophet Muhammed about fighting the infidels until death. The guy who blew up the abortion clinic and murdered one person, can't really remember the details.. claimed he is a Christian. During Inquisition times.. the Inquisitor claimed he was working for God. ...

Jeff. God said fear ONLY God and not mankind because ONLY God can destroy body AND soul. Think about it if you believe in God at all.

No matter who..all must stand before God. No matter who. You and I and everyone must stand there.

Oh..and by the way..Jesus said the true religion is visiting orphans and widows during the time of their affliction ..and to keep oneself unstained by the world.
