Go on petfinder and adopt a homeless animal!!!

Albany? try www.craigslist.com, pick your state, city, and look under pets, if your in Albany Oregon there are a couple puppies and dogs on craigslist. hope this helps.

For $50-200 you can adopt a great pomeranian from your local shelter
