The kind that gets his morals from a built-in sense of empathy, reinforced by parents who cared about me. "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" did not originate with any particular religion; it predated all of them because it is a necessary rule for any species of animal that lives in social groups.
After thousands of years of evolution, anyone who did not have enough empathy to get along with at least a few people did not survive long enough to pass along those defective genes to his or her children. These conscience-less people still exist, however, usually in the form of religious fundamentalists and/or political conservatives who are literally parasites, taking advantage of the good will of others.

One who is trying to promote mental wellness and freedom from the psychological abuse of religion. I feel this is very important for our brain development and evolution. People need to realize this is the only life they will have and it's a privilege for someone to even be here. Life is to amazing and short to be wasting time talking oneself.
