You can use a little milk or there are cookie recipes with no egg in so you wouldn't need to substitute.
My favourite cookie recipe has no egg at all.

Egg 1 whole (3 tablespoons or 1.7 oz)
2 1/2 tablespoons of powdered egg substitute plus 2 1/2 tablespoons water
OR 1/4 cup liquid egg substitute
OR 1/4 cup silken tofu pureed
OR 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
OR half a banana mashed with 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
OR 1 tablespoon powdered flax seed soaked in 3 tablespoons water

4 large egg Whites = 2 eggs(No Cholestrol)
or 1/2 cup liquid egg substitute(like Egg Beaters)
equal 2 large eggs(No Cholestrol)

I found this...
Ener-G Egg Replacer - follow directions on box.
2 tbsp corn starch = 1 egg
2 tbsp arrowroot flour = 1 egg
2 tbsp potato starch = 1 egg
1 heaping tbsp soy powder + 2 tbsp water = 1 egg
1 tbsp soy milk powder + 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water = 1 egg.
1 banana = 1 egg in cakes

Apple sauce. I'm not sure how much, but in vegan restaurants I've been to all of their cakes and cookies use apple sauce instead of eggs. Hope this helps.

toll house chocolate chip but i add either walnut or pecan chips
to them. store bought would be oreos with milk.
