I was on this diet where i only ate meat vegetables (brocolli, spinach salad) and water to cleanse my systems and I lost three pounds in one day.(also becuz i excersised 2 times a day). Some pplz say im lying because it is physically impossible but I was physical proof that I did. Is it possible or not and is it healthey or not?

10 lbs of water is very, very easy especially when the calories and carbohydrate intake is drastically reduced. it is physiologically impossible to lose 10 lbs of fat in a 24 hr period

it's not possible to lose 3 lbs of fat in a day either. the human body does not transition from a catabolic state of fat storage to an accelerated fat burning state. it goes totally against human biology. this is why rapid weight loss ALWAYS results in nothing more than the loss of water as stored nutrients are metabolized for energy.

It's not possible. You didn't lose 3 pounds ... you just lost a lot of water weight...
Because 1 pound=3500 calories.
That would mean not eating at all the whole day, and then burning 1500-2000 calories on your workout..and that's just to lose 1 pound in a day....

Well, it is possible. But technically its not fat loss. its just loss that comes back really fast.
For example: a lot of fighters go into a sauna to loose fluid so they can make weight restrictions but then when they drink fluid and stuff they quickly regain their prior weight


In order for you to see accurate results you should wait maybe a month and work out how much you have lost, a day or so could just mean you have burnt off all the food in your stomach or something :O

I've lost 10 to 12 pounds in a day after drinking too much and getting dry heaves (I seldom touch alcohol). I think I lost 14 pounds once, but I can't say that for sure... 12 pounds I'm solid on though.
