I wouldn't want to be arrested anywhere in the U.S.

The worst place would be to be arrested in your own home, in front of your children. Especially if you fight and get your @$$ kicked by the cops in front of you family.

Second would be while driving with your wife and kids and having the vehicle impounded. You go to jail, family has to walk home. Well, that might actually be first if you were out in the sticks.

Worst place to get arrested is when you're in the bathroom, oopies, you mean state or county right, well for me, I have to say LA, California, for some reason

I have read that anyplace in Mississippi or Alabama are the worse places to get arrested - especially if you're not white.

From what I hear that would be on an Indian reservation by the BIA cops. They have been known to take you for a "ride" in they country for awhile before dragging your broken carcass to jail. Ho-rah !!! for the BIA !
