i have no hair at all in any of these areas but i do have hair on my head, arms and legs. is this normal??

I looked like I was 12 when I was 16. 14 when 18. And 21 at 31.
You might just be one of those people who are late and maybe you will age better. My wife is the same age as I am (31) and she looks sweet 16. Some people are underdeveloped and it is actually common for this to happen. I did not get hair on my chest until 25 and now I have quite a bit of hair in that area. I really did not need to shave at your age and now I need to shave 2 times a day since my mid-20s. My wife is a hot Latina and I am a very lucky man. Get a checkup and talk to the Doctor.

hey im 16 too you just have to wait a little ,i got pubes barley started to grow underarm hair lol but i really need some leg hair lol
